The Housing Authority of Kansas City, Kansas is seeking qualified REAC trained and certified companies to bid inspection services to complete an annual inspection, as required by HUD, of all Kansas City Kansas Public Housing Authority developments, using the latest Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS), rules and protocols.
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. CDT, April 12, 2017 at the Housing Authority’s administration office, located at 1124 North 9th Street, Kansas City, KS 66101. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened to the sender.
The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids or to request additional information from any bidder. All qualified firms, including minority-owned, women owned and Section 3 businesses are invited to bid.
The Scope of Work contains the instructions for submitting bids and the scope of services required. The Index to Housing Units lists the affected properties. Copies may be obtained at the Housing Authority’s administrative office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, or on line at www.kckha.org under Procurements/Bid Opportunities, beginning March 31st, 2017.
