Description:
Located at 1907 North 3rd Street, within the Juniper Gardens Housing Development, the daycare provides early childhood education for children ages 2 ½ to 5 years old.

Program Size:
The program is licensed to serve sixty children.

Eligible Participants:
The program can serve any family in the metropolitan area. Fees are determined by income level. Families within the Juniper Gardens Family Development are targeted for this program.

Type of Assistance:
The Third Street Church of God Daycare provides numerous quality services for the children that they serve. Some of the services include computers, writing, reading, arithmetic, social skills, etc.

Contributors to the Program:
KCKHA and The Third Street Church of God work together to provide quality programming for public housing residents.

PHA Funding:
KCKHA contributes its services in promoting the childcare center to public housing residents and providing land through a land lease for a playground area.
