SAVE INC. (Developmental)

Description:
A collaboration between SAVE INC. and KCKHA to provide housing for adults and families that have a variety of disabilities.

Anticipated Program Start Date:
Fall, 2000

Program Size:
Approximately 20 individuals and/or families.

Eligible Applicants:
Persons must be involved with the SAVE, INC. program and have a case manager assigned to them.

Type of Assistance:
Individuals and families involved in this program receive case management services and other support services. Services are determined by the needs of the individual/family.

Contributors to the Program:
SAVE, INC. provides the direct services to the individual/ family. Federally funds and grants support the program.

PHA Funding:
KCKHA works closely with SAVE, INC. in order to provide decent and affordable housing to their consumers. No direct public housing funds are used for this program.
