Description:
KCKHA, Gateway Plaza and Chelsea Plaza have collaborated in the submission of a Safe
Neighborhood grant proposal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The
partnership was awarded $155,000 under this grant to implement a CPTED (Crime Prevention
Through Environmental Design) plan to help deter crime in the Northeast Neighborhood Areas
of Kansas City, Kansas.
