PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Due
to the extensive modernization and rehabilitation to be done, residents will
need to be relocated. There are
approximately 36 apartments total (12 per floor) to be relocated.
The moves will be staged one at a time with multiple moves possible in
one day. Relocation destination will
be within the
Wyandotte
County
area. Relocation services may
consist of moving residents to temporary housing and eventually back to their
units or residents may be moved to permanent housing.
The bedroom number and square footage of the apartments is as follows:

The relocation contractor will supply boxes, packing materials and tape,
delivered to the residents (at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled move) for
residents to self pack.

Proposals will be opened and read publicly at that time.
All bids shall be made in accordance with the information listed herein.
No bids will be received after the time and date stated above.

all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
