Apartments/Multi Family Developments
The Kansas City Kansas Housing Authority (KCKHA) is interested in the purchase of existing apartments or multi family developments that are currently or will be for sale in Wyandotte County.
Written proposals will be received in person, or through the mail, until 5:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at the Administrative Offices at 1124 North 9th Street, Kansas City, KS 66101. The selection process for an apartment or multi family development for possible purchase will consider the information and criteria listed in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
