INVITATION TO BID
The Kansas City Kansas Housing Authority is rebidding for Security Services at K1-4 Wyandotte Towers, 915 Washington Blvd., Kansas City, Kansas. All previous bids were rejected.
The scope of work is set forth in the bid package which will be available for pick-up on Monday June 28th or after at the Housing Authority Modernization Main Office / Receptionist at 1124 North 9th Street, Kansas City, Kansas 66101.
Sealed bids should be made to the Housing Authority and will be received until 2:00 pm, July 2, 2010 at the Housing Authority’s office. Bid documents must include; Bid Form, Bid Bond (5% of bid amt), Proof of Insurance, UG Occupational License, Drug Free Workplace Policy, (3) References (including (1) Financial reference), Previous Participation Certification (HUD Form 2530), List of Principals of the Company. If any of these documents are not included in your bid packet, your bid will be classified as unresponsive and therefore not considered. Bid documents shall be in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the words:

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned to bidder unopened.
The KCKHA reserves the right to
reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all
bids or to request additional information from any bidder. In accordance with the KCKHA
policies, all qualified firms, including minority-owned and/or women-owned
businesses are
encouraged to bid.
