Security Services K1-4

The Housing Authority of Kansas City, Kansas invites bids for security service at K1-4 Wyandotte towers, 915 Washington Blvd., Kansas City, Kansas. The scope of work is set forth in the bid package which will be available at the Housing Authority Modernization Main Office / Receptionist at 1124 North 9th Street, Kansas City, Kansas 66101.

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., April 12, 2010 at which time the bids submitted in accordance with the bid documents will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after the specified time will be returned unopened to the sender. Bid documents must include; Bid Form, Bid Bond, Proof of Insurance, UG Occupational License, Drug Free Workplace Policy, (3) Form 2530), List of Principals of the Company. Bid documents shall be in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the words:

The KCKHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids or to request additional information from any bidder. In accordance with the KCKHA policies, all qualified firms, including minority-owned and/or women-owned businesses are encouraged to bid.
