The Kansas City Kansas Housing Authority, is seeking qualified companies to bid on providing roofing, gutter and fascia replacement. Project is for the following family housing development; 
                                  

K1-23 Scattered Sites: Housing units are located at; 
2439 & 2441 N. 57th Street, 609-666 S. 73rd Street, 
7301 & 7303 Osage, and 7309 & 7311 Kansas Ave, Kansas City, Kansas.

Sealed bids should be made to the Kansas City, Kansas Housing Authority and will be received until 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 1, 2010 at the Housing Authority office, 1124 North 9^th Street, Kansas City Kansas 66101. Bid documents shall be sealed in an envelope to be clearly labeled as follows:

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the above-specified time will be returned to the sender unopened.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE 
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the administrative office at 1124 North 9^th Street, Kansas City, Kansas at 10:00 A.m., Friday February  19, 2010.  

This project is federally funded and subject to all applicable regulations. The KCKHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids or to request additional information from any bidder. In accordance with the KCKHA policies, all qualified firms, including minority-owned and/or women-owned businesses are encouraged to bid.
