The Kansas City Kansas Housing Authority is seeking qualified companies to bid on the following roof replacement projects:
K1-4 Wyandotte Towers, 915
Washington Boulevard, Kansas City, KS 66101
K1-6 Douglas Heights High-Rise,
1742 S. 40th Street, Kansas City, KS 66106
Sealed bids should be made
to the Kansas City, Kansas Housing Authority and will be received until 2:00
p.m. Thursday, January 7, 2010 at the Housing
Authority office, 1124 North 9th Street, Kansas City Kansas 66101.
Bid documents shall be sealed in an envelope to be clearly labeled as follows:

NAME OF BIDDER
DATE AND TIME OF OPENING
All bids are to be supplied on the Bid Form provided with the project
specifications. The following documents for each project must be
submitted with bids. If any of these documents are not included in the bid
packet, the bid is classified as unresponsive and will not be considered.
Bid Form, properly filled out and signed;
Bid Bond
Copy of current Unified Government Occupational License
Representations, Certifications, and other Statements of Bidders form found in the specifications book, filled in and signed. (HUD Form 5369-A).
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bids will be received after the time and date stated above.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the administrative office at 1124 North 9th
Street, Kansas City, Kansas at 10:00
a.m., December 16, 2009.
This project is federally funded
and subject to all applicable regulations.
