Authority is seeking qualified companies to bid on providing replacement of Fire
Alarm & Emergency Notifications Systems.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The replacements of Fire Alarm & Emergency Notifications Systems at high-rises indicated; as well as integrating existing fire alarm and emergency notifications systems from multiple high-rises locations seamlessly back to one monitoring point.

Bid received after this time will not be accepted.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the administrative office at 1124 North 9th

a.m., November 18, 2009 in the main conference room.
PREVAILING WAGE
This project is federally funded and subject to all applicable regulations. Prevailing wage must be paid as scheduled in the Project Manual. The Kansas City, Kansas Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding or to request additional information from any bidder.
