The Kansas City Kansas Housing
Authority invites bids for pest control firms properly licensed and insured to
conduct business in the State of Kansas and the City of Kansas City, Kansas; to
submit bids for the eradication of rodents and crawling insects on quarterly
basis for approximately 2,046 residential units and a variety of other
buildings.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Detailed information concerning bid requirements is available at the Housing Authority Offices at 1124 North 9th Street, Kansas City, Kansas. Inquires should be directed to the Maintenance Department at 913-281-3300. Bid specifications will be mailed upon request.
Sealed bids should be made
to the Kansas City, Kansas Housing Authority and will be received until 10:00
a.m. Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at the Housing
Authority office, 1124 North 9th Street, Kansas City Kansas 66101.
Bid documents shall be sealed in an envelope to be clearly labeled as follows:
"PEST CONTROL BID DOCUMENTS"

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the above-specified time will be returned to the sender unopened.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the administrative office at 1124 North 9th
Street, Kansas City, Kansas at 9:00
a.m., Tuesday September 01, 2009.
