The KCKHA reserves the right to reject any or
all bids, to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids or to
request additional information from any bidder. In accordance with the KCKHA
policies, all qualified firms, including minority-owned and/or women-owned
businesses are encouraged to bid.
