UPCS Inspection Services
The Kansas City, Kansas Housing Authority (KCKHA) is seeking qualified companies to bid inspection services to complete an annual inspection, as required by HUD, of all Kansas City Kansas Public Housing Authority developments, using Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS).
Sealed bids will be received at the KCKHA Administration Offices located at 1124 North 9th Street, Kansas City, KS until Monday, November 17, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Bid documents shall be sealed in an envelope, which shall be clearly labeled with the words:

Bids will be opened and read publicly at that time. Bids received after the above-specified time will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender unopened.
The scope of work contains the instructions for submitting bids and the scope of services required. Copies may be obtained at the KCKHA administrative office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, beginning November 3, 2008.

The KCKHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids or to request additional information from any bidder. In accordance with the KCKHA policies, all qualified firms, including minority-owned and/or women-owned businesses are encouraged to bid.
