Energy Performance Contracting Program
The Kansas City, Kansas Housing Authority (KCKHA) is seeking proposals from interested Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) that are capable of providing comprehensive energy management and energy-related capital improvement services through an energy performance contract that will improve the energy and water efficiency of the Authority's housing complexes. In selecting the firm to perform these services, consideration will be given to those criteria listed in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
Sealed bids will be received at the KCKHA Administration Offices located at 1124 North 9th Street, Kansas City, KS not later than Monday, May 4, 2009 at 3:30 p.m., at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bids will be received after the time and date stated above.
Interested firms are required to view representative complexes of KCKHA's inventory.
A pre-proposal session will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the KCKHA Administration Offices located at 1124 North 9th Street, Kansas City, KS 66101. This session will allow you to answer questions and offer an opportunity to visit sites. If additional site visit are needed times will be arranged at this meeting.

This project is federally funded and subject to all applicable regulations. The Housing Authority of Kansas City, Kansas reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding, or to request additional information from any bidder.
